Yes you can also place an over phone using Truekhana IVRS Order system. Which is world's first food order system. Introduced by TrueKhana.

Yes, we will Give you the copy of the bill at the time of delivery, The Bill will be from the same Restaurant from which you had the food.
• Which are the restaurants you are currently Dealing with?
Currently we are only dealing with Indian Restaurants.
• Will you be responsible for the quality of the food?
We only collect food on your behalf from the outlets and deliver it, and we won’t be accountable for the quality of the food. In case you have any feedback, please write in through the contact us page and we’ll take it up with the restaurant in question. Don't forget to tell us the order number or restaurant name

• I am a restaurant owner, how do I tie-up with TrueKhana
You can write to us at email@example.com with the details of your restaurant and contact person's name, mobile and email-id. Our sales team will get in touch with you post reviewing the same.
• What is the minimum order value for food which you deliver?
We do not have any minimum order value for delivery. We may charge a delivery fee depending on the city.
• Can I order across neighborhoods/any area?
We will deliver from any restaurant listed on our service, as long as it is shown on search results for your location. Recommended method would be to use GPS (if using a mobile phone) and let the app/website auto-detect your location.
•What are your delivery hours? Our delivery hours are subjected to the rules of your city and the timings of each restaurant.
• Do you charge for the delivery?
We charge a nominal delivery fee for orders. The exact amount will reflect in your cart at the checkout page.
• How much time do you take to deliver?
This is usually between 29 to 90 minutes. We mention estimated time on details of every restaurant
• Can I order from multiple restaurant in a single order?
No. However, you can place orders for individual items from different restaurants as we do not impose a minimum order value.
• Can I order in advance?
Yes, you can order in advance. All our orders are placed and executed on-demand, subject to restaurant preference.
• How can I add special instructions to my order?
Once you have chosen the restaurant you want to order from, add items to your cart and proceed. On next page/screen you can enter special instructions to your order, based on your preferences. However, we are unable to guarantee these requests to be fulfilled as it solely depends on the restaurants.
• How can I track my order?
If you are using mobile app, you can track your order under the 'orders' menu. We will also keep you posted through SMS with delivery boy details. If you are using our website, live tracking is not yet available but the details of the progress of your order will be shared with you through SMS, along every step between order placement to delivery.
• My order is delayed
You can call our Delivery Executive and ask him about his location and order status. If you are not satisfied, you can call us to know the status.
• I want to change my delivery address / mobile number
Any major change in delivery address is not possible after you have placed an order with us. However, slight modifications are allowed like changing flat number, street name, landmark etc. Request you to get in touch with 24/7 Customer Helpline No. 83318 83328. • What is TrueKhana cancellation policy?
We do allow cancelling an order before it is prepared by the restaurant. It is not possible for us to cancel an order once it is prepared by the restaurant. Usually this is within 5 minutes of placing an order.
• My recent order is cancelled, when will I receive my refund?
Based on the type of payment mode you have chosen, you will get a full refund within maximum of 14 business days.
• I did not receive the complete order
If certain items are missing from your order, please check if the item has been billed or not. Please call us at 24/7 Customer Helpline No. 83318 83328 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order id, order details and related if necessary.
• Do I need to register for placing an order
Yes, but our registration process is just a one-step process. This is required so that we can keep you posted on the progress of your order until it gets delivered.

• I am Unable to login Via my Google Account into TrueKhana Mobile App?
Unfortunately, our Mobile App isn't ready for google login and we're working on it! If you have signed up on our website using google, you may be able to access our app by changing the password via profile on your website user dashboard.
• Unable to use my coupon
Please check the Terms & Conditions of the coupon and everything seems fine and if you are unable to use coupon mail us at email@example.com from your registered email id.
• I have not received TrueCash
If the TrueCash is provided to you as a part of a promotional offer kindly check the terms & conditions of the promotion. If that does not answer your query, feel free to write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org
If TrueCash was a refund for a transaction you have done with TrueKhana, it ideally takes 24 hours to reflect in your TrueKhana wallet/account. If it has not, write in to us at email@example.com from your registered email address.
• Are your menu prices the same as those at the restaurant?
We encourage our restaurants to always use the same pricing for delivery as they do for their in-house menu, although there may be exceptions. If you have any questions about menu pricing, please contact the restaurant directly.
• What are the payment options available for me?
You can use cash on delivery or you can use any of the online payment options using our secure payment gateway. We accept payments through Credit cards, Debit cards, Net Banking and UPI.
• What should I do if my payment fails?
If an amount is debited from your card or account but order is not booked at TrueKhana, we will automatically cancel your order and reverse the payment to your original payment mode. This is not applicable for cash on delivery orders.
• My payment has been debited multiple times

You can reserve the table of the desired restaurant by clicking on the link “book table” subject to restaurant table booking feature. In case you require table booking for specific restaurant which are not providing table booking, you may call us and we will try our best to confirm with the restaurant and give you feedback. In either case you need to provide us with the date and time of booking, and number of guests as applicable or fill the details on our website.
